My Dad , Mom and Sister Came for Dinner last night
and we had a Wonderful Visit!
I enjoyed watching my Children's Faces as they Listen to their Grandpa tell them Stories of when he was young and
Growing up in the Small Midwestern town of Hawkins Wisconsin .
The Stories of his past are so very Clear in his Mind. Grandparents are such an Important aspect in a Families Life!
They are Truly a Treasure !
It was a Good Day!

ReplyDeleteI love your gorgeous collages! Sounds like you had a wonderful Father's day. Your children will always cherish the stories that their grandfather shared. Mine still reflect on their Grandpa (almost gone 5 years)...hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Jill, You are so right about how important it is for a GRANDparents story to be told. My Grandmother still resides in my heart for all the precious memories we shared.
