With a Little Nudge and a Promise from My Good Friend Gale, I have Discovered that I Could  Learn Basic Skills needed to Create Digital Collage Art using Photoshop Elements. Here is my Tutorial, as Promised, of what I have Learned  Thus Far.  I Personally Learn Best Visually so that is how I formatted this tutorial.
